Therefore, TFIAA has established the following refund policy:
Refund Eligibility:

- Donors who wish to request a refund must do so within 3 days from the time of the original donation.
- Reasons:
- Refunds will be considered for any reason, provided the request is made within the specified timeframe.

- To initiate a refund request, donors must contact TFIAA within the 72-hour window via contact@tfiaa.org.
- Provide Information:
- Donors will be required to provide details of the donation, including the transaction ID and any relevant information.
- Verification:
- TFIAA will verify the donation and process the refund accordingly.
- Refund Method:
- Refunds will be issued using the same method as the original payment.
Exceptions:
- Beyond 72 Hours:
- Refund requests received after 72 hours from the time of payment will not be eligible for consideration.
- Anonymous Donations:
- If the donor wishes to remain anonymous, TFIAA may not be able to process a refund due to the inability to identify the specific donation.
